Cancellation Policy

  • For appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, a processing fee of 4% will be charged.

  • For cancellations made under 4 hours of the scheduled start time, a fee of 100% of the service price will be applied.

  • Client no-shows (when a technician arrives and the client is not on-site or available) or if a client decides to discontinue the service will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service price.

Reschedule Appointment

Clients have the option to reschedule their appointment within 30 days of the original service time without incurring additional fees.

Additional Information

For locations within 30 miles of our service area, no additional travel fee will be charged.
